Built around a carefully developed Food and Nutrition Philosophy, we offer a diverse, balanced menu, full of fresh ingredients, mouth-watering recipes, and wholesome snacks.
Our chefs prepare foods from fresh ingredients, avoiding artificial colours, flavourants, M.S.G. (monosodium glutamate), preservatives and trans fats. Chefs also buy only quality-graded meats and make every effort to use seasonal fruits and vegetables grown by local farmers.
In total, Chartwells serves over 14 300 quality meals a day at over 40 institutions of learning in Southern Africa. At Chartwells, we take our responsibility of catering for today’s children and young adults seriously.
